There are no shortage of fun activities this summer at the Pawling Library.
On Friday, July 19th, the Pawling Library hosted a Scavenger Hunt. Children in kindergarten through fifth grade competed to find objects hidden around the library. While all the competitors walked away with a small prize, the two winners of the competition earned the right to shove a pie in the face of Children's Programming Coordinator, Neena McBaer. “The whole program was designed by our Summer Programming Coordinator, Carla Biggs, who did an excellent job,” reported Ms. Mcbaer. “The kids had a blast. The competition was fierce, but the children all helped each other, too. The ultimate winners of the contest earned extra points for assisting their friends and opponents.”
