Steven Francis Manzino, 56, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, NJ.
A resident of Holmes, NY, since 1996, and formerly of Somers, NY, he was born in Mt. Vernon, NY, on July 15, 1962, and was one of five children born to Charles A. and Louise (Masiello) Manzino of Holmes.
Steven was a general contractor and owned his own contracting business, Steven Manzino, in Holmes. He loved classic cars, especially his 1967 Cadillac El Dorado, and was a central performer for the Sherman Playhouse, performing in many productions over the years.
Steven is survived by his parents; three brothers, Robert of New York City, Michael of Pawling, and Charles and his wife, Maritza, of Tampa, FL; a sister, Lori Daniels, and her husband, Kevin, of Ridgewood, NJ; six nephews, Christopher, Anthony, Vincent, Michael, Joseph, and Giovanni; and four nieces, Alexandra, Lauren, Athena, and Jillian.
Family and friends paid their respects Sunday, December 9, at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main Street, Pawling, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday, December 10, at St. John the Evangelist Church in Pawling. Burial followed at St. John’s Cemetery in Pawling.
