Daniels, Porco & Lusardi Announces Two New Partners
Attorneys Cristen G.M. Rescigno and Shea E. Fitzekam were named partners at Daniels, Porco & Lusardi, LLP, effective July 1, 2018.

Cristen Rescigno practices primarily in the areas of trusts and estates, probate and estate administration, and litigation. “Clients rely on Cristen’s standard of excellence when it comes to planning for the future and preservation of wealth,” says Daniels. “She is skilled at drafting straightforward wills and trusts, and also has extensive experience with more advanced asset protection trusts and plans involving business entities. Her attention to detail and work ethic is indispensable and we are proud to have her as a leader in the firm.” Rescigno received her B.A. degree from Bucknell University and her J.D. from Boston College Law School and is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts. She has been a part of the firm since 2013.
Shea Fitzekam’s primary practice area is in health law, with additional work in business and commercial law. “Shea’s breadth of knowledge in health law allows her to serve clients in a wide variety of capacities – from advising healthcare industry clients about structuring and implementation of healthcare transactions and legal and regulatory compliance, to defending medical practices and physicians with respect to third-party payor audits and investigations, to representing medical groups and physicians in employment, shareholder and partnership disputes, and advocating for individuals seeking insurance coverage for healthcare services, and more,” says Daniels.
Fitzekam received her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska and her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. She is a current member of the American Health Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in New York and Nebraska, and has been an attorney with the firm since 2012.
